How do I accept card payments?
Through the Lusopay portal, the API, a payment link, software integrated with our payment system, or a payment terminal (TPA) — in a few minutes.
Which cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, on both debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.
How do I know the payment was made?
You're notified automatically by email and/or webhook, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Is it safe for my customer?
Yes. Every transaction is processed with encryption and additional authentication (3D Secure).
When do I receive the money?
As a rule, the amount is settled to your bank account on the first business day after Lusopay receives the funds.
Are there joining or monthly fees?
No. You only pay for each payment actually received. However, if you have rented a payment terminal (TPA), you'll pay its monthly fee.
