A secure and confidential channel to report wrongdoing. You may report fully anonymously.

Important information before you submit

This channel was created under Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Portuguese Law 93/2021, to report breaches you became aware of in a work-related context. You may report anonymously or identify yourself — even if you identify yourself, access to the report is restricted to those at Lusopay responsible for handling it, and your identity is never shared with the person the report concerns. You are not required to justify choosing anonymity. You may also report to a competent external authority (e.g. the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism) or to the public prosecutor.

Include dates, people and any evidence you have. The more detail, the easier it is to investigate.
