How do I know a charge was made?
You're notified automatically by email and/or webhook, as soon as the charge is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change a mandate?
Yes. You can cancel or change the amount and frequency of a mandate at any time, via the portal or the API.
When do I receive the money?
As a rule, the amount is settled to your bank account five days after the direct debit payment/charge request.
Are there joining or monthly fees?
You pay for each charge request made, whether successful or not.
