Through the Lusopay portal, the API, an online store plugin/module or software integrated with our payment system — in a few seconds.
Where can my customer pay?
At any Payshop point — shops, kiosks and CTT agents — nationwide.
How do I know the payment was made?
You're notified automatically by email and/or webhook, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Do codes have an expiry date?
Yes, you can set the period you want; once it ends, the code no longer accepts payments.
When do I receive the money?
For Payshop, you receive the funds on the fifth business day after payment. The day ends at 8 PM. As a rule, on the day Lusopay receives the payment amount, we make an immediate bank transfer to your account.
Are there joining or monthly fees?
No. You only pay for each payment actually received.
